Showcase Sunday #24

,
Hello and welcome to my Showcase Sunday, which is a weekly meme hosted by Vicky over at Books, Biscuits and Tea. In my Showcase Sunday post I will ‘Showcase’ the books I received throughout the week(s). Feel free to leave me your links to your posts and I will try to check them out.
It’s been a rather slow week books wise for me. Although I got a ton of kids picture books for review, I would of showcased them but my daughter seems to have them all in random places around the house.

Lulu and the Treasure Hunt by Emma Chichester Clark

My Review

Lulu and the Treasure Hunt is yet again another fantastic instalment from Emma Chichester Clark! We simply adore going on adventures alongside the super fun dogs in Wagtail Town!

It has a fabulous little message for little ones too – which is a huge plus! It teaches kids that while you may be excited to do fun things with your friends, it’s really not nice to leave anyone behind – especially if you have agreed to look after them,

The illustrations are wonderful and every page is jam-packed with super vibrant and very interesting things to look at. Kids really won’t know what to look at first.… Read more >>>

A sequel to the Amazon bestselling romance, Preservation, told from Ryan’s point of view.

Look Out Ladybird by Jack Tickle

I was so pleased to be accepted into the Little Tiger Press parent panel! This is a review from one of the books they sent me out and was originally posted on their website!

 My Review

Look Out Ladybird is such a charming little book that definitely has the aww factor!

We adored going on a learning adventure alongside brave little ladybird. Who is trying her best to learn how to fly, it’s no easy task and there are plenty of hilarious disasters along the way.

But there is a wonderful lesson in here – to never give up trying, because sometimes it takes lots of practise to be able to master new things.… Read more >>>
