Summary from Goodreads

Rose Zarelli has big plans for sophomore year—everything is going to be different. This year, she’s going to be the talented singer with the killer voice, the fabulous girl with the fashionista best friend, the brainiac who refuses to let Jamie Forta jerk her around…

Poison by Sarah Pinborough‏

Summary from Goodreads

A beautiful, sexy, contemporary retelling of the classic Snow White fairy tale, illustrated by Les Edwards.

POISON is a beautifully illustrated retelling of the Snow White story which takes all the elements of the classic fairytale that we love (the handsome prince, the jealous queen, the beautiful girl and, of course, the poisoning) and puts a modern spin on the characters, their motives and their desires. It’s fun, contemporary, sexy, and perfect for fans of ONCE UPON A TIME, GRIMM, SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN and more.

Summary from Goodreads

I will protect you until the day I die … forever!

He is consumed with the need to protect Rowan at all costs, including from himself. To Nate what is happening is unthinkable, and is pretty much as unbelievable as the existence of faeries.

But you see, there is no such thing as … immortality.… Read more >>>

Indie Author Challenge #2

Every month I am going to challenge myself to read 2 Indie author books! I think there are some wonderful Indie’s out there and I am very keen to showcase their works! I don’t think Indie books get enough exposure and more people need to take a chance on them – there are most probably a lot of diamonds in the rough out there just waiting to be discovered!

I have a stack of Indie books already, which need some loving and I can only appologise to the authors for not getting to them sooner. After I get down the review pile I will be on the search for more books to add to this feature.… Read more >>>
