My Review

There were times while reading Through the Ever Night that I wanted to just put the book down and never pick it up again – believe me when I say it was no fault of the books whatsoever! You see, I care about these characters so much that I really didn’t want to see them get hurt – and that right there is the mark of a fabulous book!

The only reason I didn’t give it the big 5 stars was simply because I would of liked to have Perry and Aria together for more of the book because their love story is especially beautiful! Saying that, them being apart added a lot more depth to the storyline!

Veronica Rossi’s writing style is on point, highly engaging and her world building like the last book is truly stunning and extremely complex!

I adore all the characters but Roar will always be one of my favourites – the pain he goes through in this instalment is so heartbreaking and I really felt for him!

I think what I enjoyed the most about this was Rossi’s ability to make me feel a huge variety of emotions from page to page – but I think her highly emotional scenes are by far the best *sniff*!

I won’t try and sum up the book in my own words because we will be here all day with my jumble of thoughts! I think the synopsis (up top) does a really good job without giving anything away (which I’m likely to slip up on).

The ending is awesome! I was really rushing through the pages so eager to find out what was going to happen! It was action packed, filled with emotion and has left off wonderfully for epic things to come in the next book!

I really, really don’t want to wait another year for the next book – I’m already having withdrawal coming down from from leaving this beautifully crafted world! I can’t urge everyone enough to go read this or Under the Never Sky if you haven’t already!

Okay I will stop ranting now, sorry folks…. 🙂

4.5/5 Stars
